For all development work at Sosaley, we have evolved a process system that has been refined for many years. We use a combination of the standard Waterfall method where needed, as well as the speedier Agile methodology in other projects.
The process ensures compliance to standards at every step. Each project has a senior manager acting as a compliance officer.
