Annamalai has over 16+ years of experience in project management. He is an expert on Agile project management and is a Scrum master.
Annamalai’s domain expertise covers a wide range of industries including manufacturing, healthcare, industrial automation, and media. He has specific experience in integrating disparate applications with SAP.
At Sosaley, Annamalai manages multiple projects with clients across the world. He is actively involved with business development helping the marketing and sales team understand the business requirement of clients and offering the correct solutions. He develops a road map for development and creates and manages cross-functional teams to fulfill commitments to the clients.
Annamalai shows exceptional capabilities to understand risks, estimate time and costs, and has strong project management skills with large teams. He is adept in breaking down client requirements into individual tasks that can be implemented for business challenges.
