Mr. Jaykumar Rathnam today completed a intensive C++ refresher course for some key Sosaley employees. Conducted on an one-to-one basis with projects and testing, the course helped the Sosaleyers understand the complicated nuances of the language and develop more advanced software.
“For the first time in my life, this was a training I really enjoyed. I was forced to dig deep into my own knowledge to answer some of the questions“, said Mr. Ratnam at the end of the training.
Though students and trainees in India are usually reluctant to comment on a training or a course, the Sosaleyers who underwent the training looked more confident and ready to tackle the coding challenges that will come their way.
About Mr. Jayakumar Rathnam
Mr. Rathnam has over 23 years of experience in project management, application development, SQA, testing, and team management. He has extensive skills in C, C++, and C#.
He started his career as a faculty in Unix, C, and C++ and has gone back to teaching and training since 2016.
Mr. Rathnam has worked in companies such as HCL Technologies. Mr. Rathnam holds a B.Sc degree in Mechanical Engineering from REC, Kurukshetra.
