Manager - Sales

Sosaley is looking for an experienced sales head to nurture and grow a powerful sales team. The head will work with the management to understand the company's requirements, its products and technologies, and use the knowledge and experience to generate business for the company.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the battery, UPS, and Inverter industry and be in touch with all major manufacturers and movers in the industry. You will understand the current market trends and help the management fine-tune the company’s products for the market. Besides, you will work on the EV market, understand the requirements there, and help the company establish a leadership position.

As an ideal candidate, you will be able to articulate Sosaley’s products and services and sell our value proposition strongly to the market.

We are looking for a motivated and driven person who can deliver value addition in an easily measurable fashion.

Required Skills
  • Strong experience in the power industry with a focus on batteries, UPS, Inverters, and EVs
  • Have an updated database of clients and prospects that you can tap into
  • Have a strong focus on target, achievement and team building
  • Spend time initially to have a clear understanding of Sosaley’s products and services
  • Provide insights into the target market, prospects and potential business opportunities
  • Exhaustive knowledge of the competition and capability to position our products to beat the competition
  • Understand the sale process and set up and manage it along with Sosaley’s established quality and management processes
  • Track and analyse market information in a timely and actionable manner
  • Generate leads through multiple avenues including calls and digital media
  • Identify and acquire new business regularly
  • Build a powerful sales team that can work across the country
  • Carry out personal and team SWOT regularly
  • Have the ability to evaluate and train sales team members

  • Ability to communicate in Hindi is a must
