The Department of Science & Technology (DST), Government of India, has approved the next stage in the development of the AED. This approval is being given to the Madras Institute of Technology (MIT) that has contracted with Sosaley for the development of the AED.
In this stage, Sosaley will develop 4-5 pieces of the AED in its final production form. These will be sent for clinical trials that will be managed by a join team of MIT and Sosaley engineers. Once the clinical trials are complete, full scale production of AED will commence. We expect this to happen by end of this year.
